Is there an information pack available to assist me with making arrangements for shipping my car from CA. and hotels that the club recommends? I just found out about your event while at the NSRA nationals in Louisville. I would be driving from CT to CA.

Hi – did you get the info you needed? We have a group that comes from California and has been through transporting vehicles to Hawaii several times. We recommend Grand Naniloa Hotel or Hilo Hawaiian in Hilo and any of the nearby hotels in Waikoloa like the Marriott or the Hilton Waikoloa Village. There are also nearby condos. You may also stay in the Kona area and drive to Waikoloa (aboutg 30 minutes away)_…your choice.

For anyone staying on the Kona side there is a condo complex called Hale Kona Kai. It is more reasonably priced than the hotels and you are not charged for parking. The contacts name is Adeline and if you tell her I sent you she will not hang up on you. Aloha and see you in June!

    Hi,
I’m planning on making this cruise, and want to know if there is a master list of host hotels I can use? Or a booking service your club uses to make all the hotel arrangements. I need to get started on this and get more info on car shipping. Thanx, Gary

We are coming from the mainland to live permanently in South Kona , I’m shipping my 1932 Ford Roadster over for the show too.

Is there a host hotel and what time and where is registration?
    Thank you

    • curlypinky on October 29, 2017 at 8:54 pm

Sorry, no host hotel; however you may want to check out the “Grand Naniloa Hotel” or the “Hilo Hawaiiahn” in Hilo and there are condos or hotels in Waikoloa for the weekend of the 29th….the Waikoloa Marriott Hotel is walking distance to the car show at the Queen’s Court.

Will you notify us when it’s time to register? This is our first trip over.
